After you apply, call or email our Front Office team within 2 business days to confirm your submission and next steps. We Want You To Get Approved Quickly
Before you begin, have your ID, address history, employer and income details, and a couple of references ready. If there is anything you think may come up during screening, sharing it upfront helps prevent delays. If you get stuck, reach out. We would rather help you complete it correctly the first time.
Complete Application
Fill out the online application with accurate, current information so we can review it without delays. Use your legal name, confirm your contact details, and carefully enter your address history, employment, and income before submitting.
Pay Application Fee
Pay the non‐refundable application fee to finalize your submission. This covers processing and required screening, including background checks and other standard review steps.
Await Results
After we receive your completed application and fee, our team will review it promptly. If approved, we will contact you with next steps, any remaining requirements, and guidance for lease signing and key pickup.

Approved Applicants Get Their Keys Fast
Once you are approved, we will walk you through the next steps and help you schedule lease signing and key pickup. Our standard timeline is 5 business days from approval to keys, provided we have everything we need to finalize your file. We currently anticipate 5 apartments opening within the next 90 days. Availability can change quickly based on move‐outs and unit readiness.
